Founder Lauren Edmonds’ journey began in 2006 and spans nearly two decades across multiple fitness disciplines—from barre and cycling to boxing and strength training. In 2020, when traditional studio spaces disappeared, Lauren reimagined what community-driven movement could look like, building LTE FIT and leading outdoor classes in driveways, garages, parks, and borrowed gym spaces. That commitment to movement, connection, and purpose ultimately evolved into The Vibe—a dedicated studio where thoughtful programming meets refined experience.
