Interval Strength

This signature class combines cardio and strength exercises in a series of interval based sets. Throughout the class, you will move through timed bodyweight plyometric cardio moves, total body strength moves, low impact glute and core work. This class will sure to get your heart pounding and leave you super sweaty! All cardio and strength exercises can be modified so this class works for all fitness levels.

Strength

Take out the cardio moves and add more functional movement exercises and you get this 45 minute muscle burnout. Strength training helps build stronger bones, improves joint flexibility, and builds muscle mass. In this class, we will move through sets of exercises targeting the whole body. In just 45 minutes, you will work your entire body from head to toe.

Sculpt

Sculpt is a strength centered class that utilizes repetitive sequencing that targets the full body. Designed to strengthen your core, lengthen, and balance your body, tone and sculpt your muscles-- these classes will get your heart up while feeling the burn.

Bounce + Sculpt

Shape your body in 45 minutes with bounce, sculpt, and stretching. Bounce and Sculpt combines the benefits of rebounding (lymphatic drainage, nervous system detox, fat burning, and 2x as effective as running) with rhythm-based strength work and mobility flows to increase range of motion, stimulate the nervous system, and tone the entire body.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a foundational, low-impact exercise system focusing on strengthening the core, enhancing flexibility, and improving body alignment using only a mat and body weight. It utilizes precise movements to target deep muscles, promoting posture, coordination, and muscular endurance. It is highly accessible and suitable for all fitness levels
