Location:
410 Ridge Road, Wilmette. Our front doors are located off of the parking lot. You can enter off of Wilmette ave or Ridge Rd.
Parking
There is parking dedicated to The Vibe in the first lot (30 parking spots) directly outside of our building. There is also ample street parking on Ridge Rd and Wilmette Ave. Please do not use the 2nd parking lot that is further north of our space.
Schedule
There are 2 ways to access our schedule. First option is to go through our website and create an account or click on the BOOK NOW tab. If you are a new client, once you click on the date you’d like to take class, you will be guided through the steps to create your account.
Secondly, you can go through our app (you will download this to your phone via Google Play or Apple App Store). Search for The Vibe on the app and follow the steps to create an account and sign up for class.
How to Cancel a Class
Login into your account via the website or your app. You can find your class schedule and then cancel any class that you have signed up for (even if it is a late cancel).
Class Packages & Monthly Member Policies
Please note that there is an expiration for all class packages. You can find the specific expiration for each package listed when you purchase the package as well as on the receipt. We DO NOT extend package expirations.
All of our Monthly Member Unlimited contracts have a minimum of 3 months before cancelation is allowed.
Late Cancelation & No Show Policy
If you do not cancel your class 12 hours before the start time of your class, you will be charged for that class. If you are a monthly member, you will be charged $5.
If you do not show up for class, you will receive a $20 no-show fee charged to your credit card on file.
