Lauren

Lauren is a mom of three and a former D1 athlete with 17 years of teaching group fitness and personal training. Lauren created her own blend of high intensity interval training and small muscle group sculpting workouts based on years of experience utilizing multiple types of exercises. Her own business adventure began in 2020 when she started LTE FIT and has now culminated into THE VIBE. Her goal is to create smart, efficient, strength-based classes to keep her students healthy and fit for all aspects of their lives.

Mary Jane

A lifelong athlete who competitively swam and played tennis, you will find Mary Jane dominating the paddle courts when not teaching at The Vibe. Mary Jane, a mom of 3, has been with LTE FIT since the beginning of 2020 and is excited to be bringing to her clients the fun and effective workout she has loved for years.

Kirby

Kirby's love of movement began before she can even remember--always active as a kid she realized the joy that comes from moving her body. Ultimately, becoming a mom solidified how exercise and fitness are paramount in taking care of her body and mind. She understands more than ever how even just an hour out of a day for ourselves can make our lives extraordinarily better. After years of trying out other classes, Kirby is the strongest she has ever been from 3 years of taking LTE FIT classes.

Tara

Tara, a former triathlete and mom of 2, is a seasoned instructor who began her career teaching Yoga Sculpt at Core Power. She is currently working towards her 200 hour Yoga Certificate as well as teaching at the VIBE and at Core Power. Tara has a calming force to her teaching with a focus on form and strength.

Lyndsey

A native Chicagoan with over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Lyndsey has become a dedicated and skilled instructor in group fitness and one-on-one training. Her passion for fitness has driven her to earn multiple certifications, including Personal Trainer, Pre/Post-Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Senior Fitness Specialist.

Leslie

Leslie is a wellness enthusiast who fell in love with group fitness the moment she joined her first step aerobics class as a teenager. After exploring strength, pilates, yoga, cycling, HIIT, and barre classes as a student for years, Leslie began her fitness career as a Yoga Sculpt instructor in 2018 and recently completed her JumpSport rebounder training. Also certified as a health coach and meditation guide, Leslie’s goal is to help her students connect with practices that enable them to feel their best physically and mentally.

Kayleigh

Kayleigh is a mom of two little girls and a full-time healthcare marketing professional. With over five years of experience in teaching group fitness, she holds certifications in sculpt and 200-hour yoga. Passionate about empowering others—especially women and fellow moms—Kayleigh understands the challenges of balancing motherhood and personal growth. She inspires those around her to push beyond their limits, fostering strength and resilience in their journeys.

Paige

As a busy wife and mom of 3 teenagers and 2 Bernedoodles, Paige has always made fitness a priority!  Paige has taught fitness in the northshore for 10 years and is trained in Barre, HIIT, Strength and Cycle classes.  As a classically trained ballerina and singer, naturally putting on that microphone and leading a room full of clients is definitely her passion!  Paige’s love for movement, music and mind to muscle body connection is obvious to anyone who takes her classes.

Heather

Heather has been working as a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer in the North Shore of Chicago for over a decade. She truly believes you should "always be a student" and tries to ever evolve, learn and grow within the fitness industry. This desire to grow has led her to become a Women's Fitness Specialist, TRX Trainer, Kettlebell Trainer as well as Certified Personal Trainer. Up next she plans to focus on obtaining certifications in nutrition and exercise for perimenopausal and menopausal women. While she loves all types of fitness, teaching group fitness classes fills her cup in its own special way... like hosting a workout party with all her favorite tunes! Can't wait to bring the party to The Vibe! 

Brent

Brent is a NASM Certified Personal/Group Trainer and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach.  He brings over 10 years of Coaching experience to THE VIBE from being a Founding Master Instructor of SoulCycle Chicago and his own coaching business Build It Athletics.  Even from his days of coaching USS swimming and AAU Basketball during High School and College, Brent has always had a passionate elevating everyone’s athletic potential and helping people become the best versions of themselves.
